It is helpful to network with cross-industry CIOs. A lot of the problems are common and contrasting different approaches helped to broaden my insight.

You can multiply your effectiveness using the collective wisdom of your extraordinary peers.

If an IT exec said that they are looking for a focused group of cross-industry IT executive peers to bounce challenges and ideas off of, and are willing to be a contributor as much as a participant, that CIO Mastermind is what they should consider.

I like having an opportunity to help colleagues address challenges that they are facing. Making a positive difference is important to me.

Bottlenecks - first use of this approach I've experienced at one of these types of meetups. Love the added incorporation of agile - the time-boxing around the share I think helps keep the session guided and moving along effectively.

You can't get direct discussion with peers working through similar challenges like you can with CIO Mastermind. Most importantly is the format - love the share-approach with "bottlenecks" and subsequent ideation.

I have left each session with invaluable and actionable feedback that I take back into my company to make things better.
